We believe in a holistic approach to embracing diversity at American Greetings – one that encompasses every area of our organization. To achieve this goal, we make use of an in-house Executive Council and a Steering Committee to keep us moving in the right direction. We have a plan for promoting diversity throughout our organization and we are well under way with efforts to increase organizational awareness on this important topic. These steps comprise the backbone of our initiative as we build momentum to make diversity a way of life for American Greetings, our associates, our customers and consumers, and our community.
