CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 3, 2024 – American Greetings, a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace, is proud to announce it has acquired a fixture manufacturing facility in Forest City, North Carolina, from WestRock (NYSE: WRK). Adding this facility to its supply chain network positions American Greetings for success by bringing retail display fixture production in-house.
The Forest City facility currently produces the fixtures American Greetings uses to display its Celebrations products at retail, and that work will continue. The Forest City site and its employees are now part of the American Greetings team focused on delivering happiness, laughter, and love to people everywhere.
