AG Interactive acquires MIDIRingTones revealing ringing endorsement of aggressive mobile strategy
Award-winning mobile entertainment company brings applications and back end infrastructure to AG Interactive's escalating wireless business

CLEVELAND, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In a major move to strengthen its growing wireless business division, AG Interactive, a subsidiary of American Greetings Corporation, has acquired MIDIRingTones, a multi award-winning mobile entertainment and personalization company. The St. Paul, Minnesota-based MIDIRingTones creates, sells and distributes wireless content including ring tones, graphics, audio tones and games to the latest generation of cellular phones. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Earlier this year, AG Interactive announced the launch of its wireless division to create branded mobile information and entertainment content for consumers. This recent acquisition of MIDIRingTones provides AG Interactive's mobile division with superior applications and back end infrastructure, supporting the company's growing efforts to achieve a leadership position in the wireless space.
