Mobile Market in Vast Strategic Partnership
Newly announced AGmobile and Univision Online
to provide a huge array of Spanish-language content ranging from
personalized messaging and ringtones to graphics, games and greetings

the new division of AG Interactive, and Univision Online, Inc.,
a division of leading Hispanic broadcasting company Univision Communications

have joined together to provide Spanish-language content-based products,
services and applications to millions of wireless users.
The partnership between Univision Online and AGmobile
is designed to offer a substantial suite of new wireless applications
and products to the skyrocketing Spanish-speaking population. Under
the agreement, AGmobile and Univision Online will jointly develop,
distribute and market mobile content offerings, including personalization,
entertainment, information and messaging products.
With the help of Univision Online, AGmobile will
take the lead in developing and offering customized telegreetings,
voice mail, personalized graphics, more than 200 different ringtone
options and Spanish-language information and entertainment options.
Univision Online will market these services on its Web site, Univision.com,
the most visited Spanish-language site in the United States.
To gain wide distribution for the new Univision Mobile
content, AGmobile will draw on existing partnerships with T-Mobile,
Verizon Wireless, Cingular Wireless, AT&T Wireless and Vodafone.
